- Geographical Expansion -- We are approved to lend in San Felipe, Ensenada, Tijuana, Puerto Penasco, Ajijic/Chapala, Mayan Rivera, San Miguel de Allende, Puerto Vallarta, Ixtapa, Acapulco, Los Cabos/La Paz Corridor and Mazatlan
- Document Type -- We are now able to accept 24 months Bank Statements (ALT DOC) as a substitute for Tax Returns or W-2s. There is a .25% add to the rate.
We are also able to accept Stated Loans for Self-Employed Borrowers, with the condition that the borrower has 2.5 times the loan amount in liquidatable assets seasoned for 24 months.
- Loan Amount -- We are now approved for up to $1.5 Million in all areas. Higher loan amounts may be subject to special approvals.
- Number of Borrowers -- We have been approved to put up to 4 borrowers on one loan. Each borrower/co borrower must be jointly and separately responsible for the loan.
